- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do NOT rent from Bishop Management Company. I left the apartment in spotless condition, paid my rent on-time every month, moved out in mid-June and am still trying to get my security deposit back, which according to Minnesota law must be returned within three weeks of moving out and providing a new address, unless the building is condemned in which case it must be returned within 5 days. I have made multiple phone calls, provided my new address on two different occasions and have yet to see a check arrive. This company is impersonal, unprofessional and unorganized.
